The Pharmaceutical Society of Kenya (PSK) recently paid a courtesy visit to Laboratory & Allied Ltd. one of the leading local pharmaceutical manufacturers in the country.
We had the opportunity to meet with their leadership team and hold meaningful discussions on potential areas of long-term collaboration that align with our shared interest in strengthening healthcare and pharmaceutical services in Kenya.
A key highlight of the visit was a tour of their specialized hematinic plant, where iron supplements and other women’s health products are produced. It was inspiring to see that the plant is fully run by women, under the powerful banner: “For Women, By Women.”
We commend the dedication and professionalism of the team at Lab & Allied, and we look forward to continued engagement in areas that support the growth of the pharmaceutical sector and improve access to quality healthcare.
