Background
The Pharmaceutical Society of Kenya (PSK) is a professional association for pharmacists registered to practice in Kenya. Established to advance pharmaceutical practice, PSK is dedicated to promoting excellence in healthcare through professional development, policy advocacy, and innovation.
Among its key initiatives, the society organizes annual scientific conferences featuring diverse themes that reflect emerging trends and developments in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. These conferences provide a platform for pharmacists and healthcare professionals to share research, discuss innovative projects, and contribute to shaping policies that enhance healthcare delivery. For over four decades, these events have played a crucial role in advancing pharmaceutical practice and improving patient outcomes.
On behalf of the Pharmaceutical Society of Kenya (PSK), we invite all individuals interested in presenting original research, innovative projects, or novel programs related to “Beyond the Practice: Pharmacists Innovating for Accessible, Quality, and Impactful Healthcare” to submit abstracts for consideration. The forthcoming conference will take place from June 18th to 20th, 2025, at Sarova Whitesands Hotel, Mombasa, Kenya.
Abstract presentations will be conducted in either Poster Format or Oral Format (10-12 minute presentations). Authors are encouraged to indicate their preferred format; however, the final selection will be determined by the conference organizers.
